Built from an idea into a working platform for a changing real estate industry.
An industry change created an opportunity.
In 2024, changes following the National Association of REALTORS® settlement reshaped parts of the residential real estate process.
Changes to how buyer-broker compensation could be communicated through MLS systems, along with new written buyer-agreement requirements, created new questions around transparency, communication, compliance, and how real estate professionals collaborate.
AgentVrify started with an idea: what if there were a simpler, private environment built around these changing workflows? That vision became the starting point for AgentVrify.

A changing real estate landscape.
The industry was changing, but many of the workflows agents relied on were not changing with it.
New requirements and practices around buyer agreements, compensation communication, transparency, and documentation created an opportunity to rethink how real estate professionals could securely connect, verify information, collaborate, and stay organized.
The challenge wasn't redesigning an existing product. There wasn't one. The challenge was figuring out what the product needed to become.
Start with the problem, not an existing product.
AgentVrify began as a vision for creating a private, compliance-focused environment where verified real estate professionals could work together with greater transparency.
There was no existing AgentVrify platform to redesign and no previous interface to improve. We started with the idea itself.
From there, the experience began taking shape through product decisions, design, development, testing, feedback, and iteration.
Turn the idea into something we could actually use.
Instead of trying to define the entire product upfront, the platform evolved by making the idea visible early.
Features and workflows could be built, tested, reviewed, and refined as the vision became clearer.
This allowed AgentVrify to grow from a concept into an experience that could be explored and improved through real interaction.

The idea became AgentVrify — a digital platform built around transparency, verification, private collaboration, compliance, and the evolving needs of real estate professionals.
The platform brings together experiences around areas such as agent discovery, license verification, private collaboration, listings, buyer concessions, buyer-agreement workflows, compliance, policy information, and other tools designed around the real estate process.
From vision to product.
What started as an idea inspired by a changing real estate landscape became a working digital product.
AgentVrify demonstrates a different kind of Product Studio project. There wasn't an old experience waiting to be redesigned. There was a problem, an opportunity, and a vision for something that didn't exist yet.
The work was turning that vision into something people could actually use.
